• Cover letters
• Statements of Purpose
• Career summaries

The Platform provides automated suggestions and draft content only.

We do not:

• Provide professional legal advice
• Provide certified career counseling
• Guarantee job placement or admission outcomes

Jotlee uses artificial intelligence systems to generate content based on user-provided inputs.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is automated.
• Outputs may contain inaccuracies or generic suggestions.
• The Platform does not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects under Article 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any generated content before use.
• AI-generated outputs are intended to enhance creativity and structure — not replace human judgment.

You agree:

• Not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Not to fabricate qualifications or experience.
• Not to impersonate another individual.
• Not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• To ensure final submitted documents are truthful and accurate.

You bear full responsibility for how you use AI-generated content.

You retain ownership of the information and content you upload.

However, you grant Orbis Intelligence Private Limited a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Process your data
• Generate outputs
• Improve platform functionality (including anonymized improvements)

We do not claim ownership over your resume content.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

For users in India:

• Processing is governed by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

For users in the European Union:

• Processing complies with the GDPR framework, including user rights relating to:

• Access
• Rectification
• Erasure
• Restriction
• Data portability
• Objection to processing

We do not engage in high-risk automated decision-making.

If you purchase a subscription:

• Fees are billed in advance.
• Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund past payments (subject to Refund Policy).
• All billing disputes must be raised promptly.

All Platform elements including:

• Branding
• Design
• Software
• Algorithms
• Website content

Are the intellectual property of Orbis Intelligence Private Limited.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Orbis Intelligence Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Employment or admission outcomes
• Rejection of applications
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or data

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited under applicable consumer protection or data protection laws.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orbis Intelligence Private Limited from claims arising out of:

• Misuse of the Platform
• Submission of false information
• Violation of applicable laws

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Attempt system abuse

Users may terminate their accounts at any time.

The Platform is accessible globally.

If you access Jotlee from outside India, you are responsible for complying with local laws.

Data may be processed in India or other jurisdictions where service providers operate.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

For Indian users:

• Jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India.

For EU users:

• Nothing in this clause limits mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable EU law.

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
